Weekly goals

Goals for this week:

Exercise/strength training for 6 days out of this week.  I have to take the times I feel motivated and run with them (literally).

Try a new hairstyle.

I don't know that I could get my hair to this point, but I love these ideas!
Try one skin care recipe.  I bought this online book that has hundreds of recipes for skin care.  It was only $20, and I thought...if it works, then that would be awesome!  Cheaper and easier to know whether the products are soy/gluten free because I'm making them that way.

I'll let you know how I go.
